Applicants can now submit reference applications online which will be processed by FCC Paragon credit referencing agency.
Once an offer has been agreed on a property and a holding deposit has been paid, we will issue the applicant with a unique ID Code. The applicant can then proceed to complete the reference application online.
FCC Paragon endeavour to return all references submitted before 11.30am within 24 hours. They may contact applicants if information given is incorrect or insufficient.
